• First you will need to find the video tip you would like to purchase.

For the video that you would like to delete you will need to click the trash can icon which is just to the right of the price.

From the time of purchase how long will I have to download my two video formats?

You will have 24 hours from the time of your purchase in order to download your two video format options.

What if I only download one video format and not both the computer download and portable download?

If you do not download your purchased videos within 24 hours, then you will have to repurchase the videos based upon our terms of agreement as checked at time of purchase. If you only download one format such as the computer download but not the portable download as well within the 24 hour allotted time then you will forfeit your option to download the portable download format or vice versa.

When downloading my videos, what do I do if my computer system freezes or shuts down? How do I get back to the download page to download my purchased videos?

Once you purchase your movies you will be sent an email that will contain your login and password information as well as a link to your download zone page. You will have one of two options:

Option 1- You can go to etennistips.com and click the “Login” button which is located next to the “find button” at the top of the homepage, or scroll down to the very bottom of the homepage and find it located next to the “Contact Us” link. Once you click the Login button you will enter your username and password that was sent to your email account and you will then be taken to the download zone page where you can proceed to download your videos as long as it is within the allotted 24 hour time period from time of purchase.

Option 2- Click the link that was sent to your email of which will then take you straight to your personal download zone page.

I am not receiving emails from Etennistips.com?

Some email providers may divert etennistips.com emails to your Bulk Mail or Spam Folders. If you do not know how to adjust your spam settings to allow etennistips.com emails, contact your email provider for assistance.

My username and password do not work?

Username Invalid:

1. Make sure you are using the same email address you provided to Etennistips.com the very first time you purchased a video.  Check your email address to make sure you are correctly spelling it and that you are ending it with “.com,” “.net,” “.org,” etc., the way you created it.
2. Close all your browser windows and open a fresh browser window. Make sure you only have one browser window open.
3. Clear your cookies by clicking the Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies> OK.  (NOTE: If you want to manually delete only the etennistips.com cookies, then click Tools > Internet Options > Settings > and View Files) For Mozilla /Firefox Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies then click remove.
4. Return to the Etennistip.com site.  If it still doesn’t work, then contact customer service by clicking on the Contact Us link located at the bottom of the homepage.

Password invalid:

• Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you enter your password with the same capitalization and spelling as originally sent by etennistips.com to your email account. It is a good idea to save this email that contains your username and password as well as write down your username and password incase it is forgotten. If it still doesn’t work, follow the link on the Login page to have a new password emailed to your Login email address

What is the difference in a computer download and portable download?

Computer Downloads are larger files that are to be saved and viewed on your computer using your QuickTime or Windows Media player.  Portable downloads are smaller files that can be downloaded to mobile devices such as a video ipod, mobile phone, PDA, or Sony PSP.

What if the portable device does not have enough storage space to download the videos?

You will need to purchase a larger SD Memory Card at your local retailer.

What do I do if there was a disk space error?

It means that you do not have enough space on your hard drive or external drive. You will need to do the following. To check available disk space, go to your desktop and click My Computer > right click C: drive > and click Properties. The available disk space is indicated in Free Space.  You will then need to free up some space or add more disk space.

What are the file sizes of the videos?

The video file sizes range anywhere from 1 MB to 30MB. Typically file size correlates to length of video.

Can I add more than one video to the shopping cart?

Yes, you can add as many videos that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart.

Can I download more than one at the same time?

Once you purchase your videos you will only be able to download each video one at a time.

Is this a subscription or a one time payment?

This is not a subscription based site. You will only be billed one time for the video or videos that you purchase.

How do I put a video on my ipod?

First you will need to download itunes from the apple website by clicking on the following link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.  After downloading and installing itunes you then open itunes and choose one of two ways to download the purchased video or videos to your ipod.

How do I download a video to my iPod?

To download a video to your iPod using iTunes version 7.0, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your etennistips.com download zone page.
2. Click on the “download mobile version” button.
3. Select “Video iPod” from the drop-down menu to the right under portable downloads and click the "Download" button. If these options don't appear, the video in question isn't available for download.
4. Save the video to a location on your computer.
5. Connect your iPod to your computer and open the Apple iTunes application.
6. In iTunes, select "File" > "Add File to Library." Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Open."
7. Select the "Movies" tab.
8. Check the "Sync movies" box.
9. Click "Apply."

To download a video to your iPod using iTunes version 6.0 or earlier, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your etennistips.com download zone page.
2. Click on the “download mobile version” button.
3. Select “Video iPod” from the drop-down menu to the right under portable downloads and click the "Download" button. If these options don't appear, the video in question isn't available for download.
4. Save the video to a location on your computer.
5. Connect your iPod to your computer and open the Apple iTunes application.
6. In iTunes, select "File" > "Add File to Library." Browse for the video you downloaded, then click "Open."
7. In iTunes, select "Edit" > "Preferences" > "iPod" > "Videos" > "Automatically update all videos." Click "OK" when you're done.

How do I download video to my Sony PSP?

If you have Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) model number PSP-1001 sold in North America, you must first download the most recent firmware upgrade from the official PlayStation site at http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/Support/SystemUpdate. If you don't have this model, skip to the first step.
Once you've downloaded the upgrade, please follow these steps:

1. Login to etennistips.com download zone.
2. Click on the “download mobile version” button.
3. Select "Sony PSP" from the drop-down menu to the right of the portable download and click the "Download" button. If these options don't appear, the video in question isn't available for download.
4. Save the video to a location on your computer.

Create a new folder on your memory stick named "VIDEO" (without quotations). Copy/move the file to the "VIDEO" folder on your PSP memory stick.
